The World of Supercomputing has seen a tremendous shift in the past few decades. HPC cluster Supermicro company has always been a significant player in the World of Supercomputing, and this has not changed now.
The history of HPC clusters has seen many twists and turns, but now we have more powerful tools than ever. Conventional HPC systems used to be extremely expensive, so the only players in this World were the Governments and the major tech companies of the World. Today, even smaller companies can achieve much more power at a fraction of the cost than ever before. This is possible due to the availability of different processors like GPUs and FPGAs in addition to traditional CPUs.
Super micro company has always been a pioneer in the World of HPC. They have always been a significant player in this World, and the future is no different. They have recently been making great strides in their journey towards becoming a large Supercomputing company.
HPC cluster Supermicro company has recently announced the release of the first product based on Integrated Storage Tiering technology. This is a major breakthrough in their long-standing tradition of innovation. HPC cluster Supermicro company has also announced the release of their new E5-2600 v4 series of servers, which is the first Server from Supermicro to have Integrated Storage Tiering technology.
With this new HPC cluster, SUPERMICRO company technology allows the user to manage the budget and performance in a very simple and cost-effective manner. This will allow users to get their data faster and make your workloads run effortlessly.
HPC cluster SUPERMICRO company technology allows for the management of the data and drives user throughput to provide better performance.
Hyper-Speed Data Center Single Board Computer Designed for HPC
Supermicro launches its first model of Hyper-Speed data center single board computer designed for HPC – the Supermicro R2460TQ-120G. This new motherboard supports Intel Xeon E5 v3 processors and next-generation Intel Integrated I/O.
The embedded solution can be used with the NVIDIA Tesla P100 GPU accelerator board or an FPGA accelerator like the Intel Stratix 10 or Xilinx Artix 7.
“With the hyper-speed computing platform, HPC grownups are in a position to achieve a remarkably accelerated rate of innovation and accomplishment,” said Charles Liang, founder, chairman, and CEO of super micro.
PRECONFIGURED AND FULLY TESTED
Supermicro provides a turnkey solution for the HPC market. With the Supermicro AI Cluster, customers can achieve a free development platform with an NVIDIA DGX-1 Supercomputer and NVIDIA TensorRT software stack. It’s ideal for deep learning and artificial intelligence applications across industries, such as healthcare, automotive, finance, and security.
Supermicro’s AI cluster is a complete solution that is scalable from 3 nodes to 9 nodes.
Preconfigured and tested, the Supermicro AI cluster is ready to go out of the box. This makes it ideal for application developers, data scientists, and researchers who want to accelerate their applications with a powerful supercomputing platform designed by experts at super micro.
“Our R&D has been driven by an artistic desire to create an HPC platform that delivers unmatched value,” said Charles Liang, founder and chairman of super micro. “Data scientists and researchers today can harness the full power of deep learning systems. The cluster is a perfect fit in a high-performance computing environment.”
“Supermicro’s AI Cluster integrates with or without GPU accelerators to deliver a powerful, affordable supercomputing platform. This integration makes all the difference in applications that include image recognition, weather forecasting, oil and gas exploration, and many more,” said Josh Wu.
Unified Access
Supermicro HPC platforms are unified with shared management, power, and cooling access across the entire platform. This simplifies installation, operation, and maintenance lowers the Total Cost of Ownership and provides a consistent user experience.
“HPC customers require highly scalable platforms for today’s extreme computing requirements,” said Rick Liang, president at super micro. “Supermicro-engineered and tested clustering solutions provide high-density computing, the scalability required to address complex problems, and the flexibility needed to support emerging technologies.
Leading universities and research institutions around the World deploy Supermicro’s HPC solutions.
